Standard Maintenance Package

Starting at $6,600 annually

Designed to provide comprehensive, year-round care for your property’s health and appearance.

Includes:

  • Dedicated Account Manager
  • 42 scheduled service visits
  • Mowing, edging, blowing, and seasonal cleanup
  • Shrub pruning and landscape maintenance
  • Eight-application Turf Care Program
  • Aeration and overseeding (fescue lawns)
  • Fungicide program, when appropriate
  • Spring bed preparation with mulch and detailing

Premium Maintenance Package

Starting at $8,520 annually

An elevated program featuring enhanced color and professional irrigation maintenance.

Includes:

  • Everything included in the Standard Package.

PLUS:

  • Spring and fall seasonal color
  • Tulip and daffodil bulb displays
  • Irrigation start-up and winterization
  • Enhanced seasonal planning and property oversight

Payment Options
1. Pay in Full and receive a 3% discount after your initial deposit.
2. Ten equal installment payments throughout the agreement.

Included in every maintenance package, our turf care program keeps your lawn healthy, lush, and weed-free. This 8-step managed system includes seasonal fertilization, weed control, and fall aeration. Each step is carefully timed by your manager to ensure your turf receives the professional care required for optimal results.
