Our History

Founded in 1998 by Allen Cosby and Chris Wagnon, Falling Leaves began as a small landscape maintenance business with the goal of merging the personal service of a local company with the capabilities of larger contractors. Over the years, we’ve expanded to nine fully-equipped professional trucks, offering services including hardscape design/installation, seasonal color design, and irrigation service. Our commitment to quality and strong community ties guide us.

Chris Wagnon

CEO

Chris co-founded Falling Leaves in 1998, growing it into a leading landscaping company. He values integrity, transparency, and hard work—principles instilled by his father. Chris ensures high-quality service, prioritizing strong client relationships, proactive communication, and long-term value for every property.

Michael Giles

Senior Account Manager

Michael has 30+ years in landscaping, previously running Lovetree Landscape. His expertise in maintenance and design-build enhances client relationships. Passionate about quality service, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and chess. He also stays active in his community through Cumberland Community Church.

Lee Ann Lynn

Office Manager

Lee Ann oversees Falling Leaves’ daily operations, bringing 30+ years of administrative experience. She holds a Bachelor’s from Georgia State University and plays a key role in company growth. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude help drive success.

Tony Beasley

Maintenance Manager

Tony joined Falling Leaves in 2015, becoming an Account Manager in 2022. With a background in management and marketing, plus 15 years at UPS, he brings leadership and efficiency. A Georgia native and sports fan, he ensures quality maintenance and client satisfaction.

Alan Michael Goens

Account Manager

Alan-Michael manages client accounts, applying his horticulture and business degree from Kansas State. His experience includes work with the USDA and Green Valley Ranch Golf Club. An Atlanta native, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and growing rare flowers when not supporting his clients.

Production Team Leader

Martin joined Falling Leaves in 2018 and became Production Team Lead in 2024. With 30+ years of experience, he ensures smooth daily operations. Originally from Dahlonega, he enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his fiancée when not overseeing landscape production.
